Coconut Wax
We work exclusively with sustainably sourced coconut wax, which is purposely farmed in India, avoiding environmental issues such as deforestation. Coconut wax burns cleanly and produces less soot than other waxes, it also burns more slowly than traditional candles making them last longer.

Fragrance Oils
All our fragrance oils are vegan friendly and cruelty free, containing no animal bi-products and are not tested on animals. We work with locally sourced, high quality, safe synthetic oils, making them a more sustainable and eco-friendly option while offering a superior scent throw.

Cotton Wicks
We use wicks made with all natural cotton fibres, which are lead-free, so they do not contain harmful additives and are also zinc free, which means they offers a clean burn, producing less smoke then other wicks, to maintain good air quality and reduce the amount of soot and pollutants released during burning.

FAQ's
How do we make an enquiry?
All enquiries can be initially made via email please contact us at events@birdseybelizaire.com
We can also arrange zoom calls to discuss your ideas and requirements face to face before final payment.
How much time do we need to allow for our order?
All order lead times are bespoke as every order is customised to your specific requirements. So it is best to place orders ASAP to avoid disappointment.
As a general rule we would suggest allowing a minimum of 3 to 5 weeks for all orders. However this may be extended depending on quantities required.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we take an initial deposit of £50 to secure your booking date delivery and to arrange your zoom calls to discuss your ideas.
The deposit will be deducted from your final payment once the order is confirmed.
When will our order be made?
All orders require a confirmed delivery date before payment. All production times will vary as everything is made to order and will need to include 2 weeks curing time.
Once final payment is made production will begin once any supplies needed have been delivered. Production will not begin before full payment is received.
How will we received our order?
Orders will be shipped via FedEx postal service and will be delivered on your chosen booking date.
Alternatively you can request to arrange a collection for your order instead. You would be responsible for picking up your order and transporting it.
