Jewellery Care

Remember when wearing you unique jewellery pieces to avoid contact with moisture. water, creams and other liquids. Always remove your jewellery when sleeping, washing or working out. Make sure to store your jewellery safely in our microfibre bags, free with every purchase.

  • Candles

    Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level and heat resistant surface. Don't leave a candle to burn all the way down.

  • Reed Diffusers

    Reed diffusers contain flammable liquid. Do not light the reeds or stand near an open flame. Keep out of reach of children and pets. People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product.

  • Wax Melts

    Remove all packaging and place wax melt in the well of your oil burner. Use with unscented tea light. Keep out of the reach of children & pets. Keep out of draughts. Do not move while lit. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Common Questions

How long should you burn a candle for?

You should only burn a candle for 4 hours at a time, make sure the flame doesn't touch the glass. On the first burn, always burn for 2-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool to avoid tunnelling.

Why is my candle sooting and smokey?

Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoke and damage to the glass. Avoid lighting you candle for less then 2 hours at a time as this can lead to tunnelling and sooting.

Can I let my candle burn all the way down?

No, you should never let a candle burn all the way to the bottom always extinguish your candle when 5mm of wax remains. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Where should I place my diffuser?

Do you not place the diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces. Keep diffuser away from electrical equipment. Accidental damage may cause damage to these items or surfaces.

Can I burn the reeds of my diffuser?

No, reed diffusers contain flammable liquid. Do not light the reeds or stand near an open flame.

Is diffuser base safe to touch?
