Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2-4 business days to process your order. 

Dispatch notifications will be emailed and/or texted to the email and mobile number provided at check out.

Any made-to-order, personalised or custom products may extend processing times. Please check the product description details for additional processing times. 

Orders will not be dispatched until all items are ready to send. Any delays will be communicated directly to customers via email. 

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

Shipping costs are worked out based on item/s weight. Orders are sent as small parcels as standard. 

Please note that shipping times can be effected by other events outside of our control, such as extreme weather, postal strikes and holiday periods, please keep this in mind when placing your order.

All UK orders are sent Tracked 48, please provide email and mobile number for tracking and updates.

UK delivery can take up to 2 business days after dispatch notice and recite of collection. Delivery includes photo conformation via email.

All orders outside of mainland UK will be sent International Tracked, email and mobile number is required for international shipping.

International delivery can take up to 6-7 business days after dispatch notice and recite of collection.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the EU at present.

All International customers will be responsible to pay any relevant customs tax or duties before your order can be delivered to the address provided.

USA customers will be charged additional duties which will appear at checkout.
