Are our products suitable for vegans?

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty free, made with materials and ingredients that are not a byproduct of any animals, such as beeswax or honey.

What kind of oils do we use?

Our Aromatherapy collection is made with essential oils which are 100% pure natural oils made in the UK. Certified holistic and therapeutic grade and are vegan and cruelty free. 

Our Self Care collection is made with fragrance oils which are made in the UK, are tested safe synthetic and are vegan and cruelty free.

Which type of wax do we work with?

We use 100% natural, vegetable based Soy and Coconut wax, 100% renewable resource which is sustainable, biodegradable and vegan friendly.

Do you accept returns and give refunds?

We do offer refunds and exchanges if you're completely unsatisfied with your product. Please note that you will need to pay for shipping if you would like an exchange.

How eco-friendly is our packaging?

All packaging is 100% recyclable and eco friendly. 

Our clear packaging is made for PET materials, certified hygienic and manufactured within the UK. 100% recyclable and made with 88% recycled plastic. 

All brown packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable including the tape, the tissue paper and the packing materials.
